About our platform

Prakriti Estates is an online marketplace that displays residential and commercial property listings submitted by registered agents. We are not a broker, developer, or party to any sale, lease, or rent agreement. Transactions occur directly between buyers/tenants and agents or owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legal title of any property.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Agents must provide accurate contact details and comply with applicable state RERA and local licensing requirements.

User accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Information you provide must be true, current, and complete.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Listings & agent obligations

• Listings must describe real properties available for buy, rent, or lease as stated.
• Prices, area (sq. ft.), locality, and RERA numbers must not be misleading.
• Images and floor plans should represent the actual property; stock photos require clear labelling.
• Agents must respond to inquiries in good faith and honour applicable consumer protection laws.

Buyers & visitors

• Inquiries submitted through the site may be shared with the listing agent.
• You should independently verify RERA registration, approvals, encumbrances, and physical condition before paying any token or advance.
• Map locations and geocoding are indicative; confirm exact address on site visits.

Prohibited conduct

You may not scrape data without permission, post fake listings, harass users, upload malware, circumvent security, or use the platform for unlawful discrimination or misrepresentation.

Intellectual property

The Prakriti Estates name, logo, and site design are our property or licensors'. Listing content remains the responsibility of the submitting agent; you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

Disclaimer of warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prakriti Estates and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from property transactions, agent conduct, or third-party services (including WhatsApp). Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free browsing).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your listings, inquiries, or breach of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights where applicable.
