Is Prakriti Estates a real estate broker?
No. Prakriti Estates is a marketplace that publishes listings from registered agents. We do not negotiate deals or collect brokerage from buyers for platform use. Fees, if any, are between you and the agent.
How do I contact an agent about a property?
Open a property detail page and use Send Inquiry (name, phone, message) or Chat on WhatsApp. The agent receives your details and can follow up directly.
Should I pay a token amount before visiting the site?
Avoid large payments before physical verification. Visit the property, verify documents and RERA registration, and use escrow or bank channels where possible.
What is the difference between carpet area and built-up area?
Carpet area is the usable floor space inside walls. Built-up area includes walls and sometimes balcony/share of common areas. Listings on our site show area in sq. ft. as entered by the agent—confirm which definition applies.
Can I save properties to compare later?
Yes. Sign in as a customer, agent, or admin and use Wishlist to bookmark listings.

Do you list rental and lease properties?
Yes. Filters and listing badges include Buy, Rent, and Lease transaction types for residential and commercial properties.
Who prepares the rent agreement?
Typically the landlord or agent. Ensure stamp duty and registration follow local state rules (e.g. model tenancy acts where notified).

How do I list my property as an agent?
Register as an agent, sign in to the Agent Dashboard, and use Add New Property. Include accurate location, price, photos, and RERA number where required.
How are leads delivered?
Inquiries from your listing pages appear under My Leads in the agent dashboard with contact details and optional message.
Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes, from My Listings in the agent dashboard. Deleting a listing removes associated leads for that property.

Where can I verify a RERA number?
Use your state RERA website (see our RERA page). Match project name, promoter, and registration status before paying.
Are all listings RERA-verified by Prakriti Estates?
We display RERA numbers when agents provide them and promote compliance, but official verification is always your responsibility as a buyer.

I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link by email.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@prakritiestates.in from your registered email. Admins may remove accounts subject to legal retention needs.
What does the visit counter in the header mean?
It shows total recorded views of our home, about, property detail, privacy, terms, FAQs, and RERA pages—platform activity, not individual user tracking.
